I have studied Biomedical Laboratory Research at the Saxion University of Applied Science in Enschede (1996 – 1999).

Personal touch

I find mental health an important topic for me and others. The best way to safeguard my mental health is to stay physically active (exercising, biking, walking) and making use of the Wim Hof method (cold exposure and breathing exercises).
